Ingredients:
6 tbsp parsley, stems removed
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1½ tbsp cilantro, stems removed
¾ tsp garlic, chopped
¼ tsp crushed red pepper
¼ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp salt

Procedure:

  1. Purée all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

*Serve with grilled steak, chicken, seafood, tofu, or vegetables.
