Serves 6 Ingredients: 1 ear ¾ c grilled corn on the cob, cut off the cob 1 c ½” dice fresh peach ¼ c ½” dice tomato 1 T ¼” dice red onion 1 T chiffonade fresh basil 1 T fresh lemon juice Procedure: 1. Combine all ingredients, including s&p to taste.
